• Claim Details: accident date, location, injuries, vehicle info, insurance details
• Other: any additional details you choose to share

2. How We Use Your Information

• Connect you with participating personal-injury law firms
• Transmit your intake data to law firms for case evaluation
• Improve our Site and services
• Respond to inquiries and provide support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your intake information with participating law firms who compensate us with a marketing fee when we facilitate a connection. This is considered a “sale” of personal information under California law.

We may also share with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

We do not sell your data to data brokers or for non-legal purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your intake data for 12 months or until a law firm confirms contact, whichever comes first. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls, firewalls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and improve user experience. You can control cookies via your browser settings. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to law firm websites or third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. CCPA Privacy Rights (California Residents Only)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights:

• Right to Know Request, up to twice per 12 months, the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, our business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete Ask us to delete any personal information we have collected from you (subject to legal exceptions).

• Right to Non-Discrimination We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide lower quality if you exercise your CCPA rights.
• Authorized Agent You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We require written proof of authorization.
