  • Claim Details: accident date, location, injuries, vehicle info, insurance details
  • Other: any additional details you choose to share

  • Transmit your intake data to law firms for case evaluation

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your intake information with participating law firms who compensate us with a marketing fee when we facilitate a connection. This is considered a “sale” of personal information under California law.

We may also share with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

We do not sell your data to data brokers or for non-legal purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your intake data for 12 months or until a law firm confirms contact, whichever comes first. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls, firewalls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and improve user experience. You can control cookies via your browser settings. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. CCPA Privacy Rights (California Residents Only)

  • Authorized Agent You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We require written proof of authorization.
